Anilox Cleaner mod Nettuno

The washing process is 100% automatic and consists of four phases:
A - Treatment with detergent product: with specific detergent (with the possibility of heating up to 65°, depending on the characteristics of the product itself) which is applied to the anilox for a programmable time and is continuously filtered.
B - Action of the chemical detergent: an action time is set in which, at the end of the application, the anilox continues to rotate without the addition of a new detergent. The excess detergent is also poured through the drain and conveyed for subsequent reuse.
C - Washing with pressurized water: Then the action of the high pressure water (working pressure 100/110 bar) starts at the network temperature for the removal of the colour, FROM THE HEATED ROLL by the detergent, and the removal of the anilox from the cells.
The use of water allows to penetrate deeply even with anilox with high lineatures and very small cells.
The duration of this phase has a programmable time.
The washing water can be discharged or filtered and put back into circulation for new uses.
D - Drying: at the end of the washing a drying phase starts automatically through nozzles from which compressed air comes out (working pressure: 5 bar) that dries both the Anilox and the cover of the machine, to avoid that drops of water fall on the Anilox at the end of the washing.
 CLEANING
THE MODEL is particularly easy to clean: THE BATHTUB AND CONSTRUCTION in stainless steel. All parts are made of high quality material that are resistant to all washing liquids.
  MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE MACHINE
Microprocessor control:
the unit is controlled by a microprocessor, the operator can easily change the various settings, such as washing time, rotation speed and temperature.
PUMPS- The unit has a diaphragm pump for spraying the cleaning fluid.  A second high pressure pump is available for the Rinsing Water.
FILTER:- EQUIPPED WITH FILTER FOR COLLECTION
- o Filter: The unit has a filter, which collects the ink particles.
- This ensures the long life of the cleaning fluid.
- The filter is located underneath the washing unit and can easily be changed or cleaned
- It generally needs to be changed after about 100 wash cycles.
TANK- The machine is equipped with a stainless steel tank for the containment of the DETERGENT liquid. The tank is placed under the washing unit. It is equipped with a heating element (1.5 kW). The temperature is visible on the display. Loading and unloading of the same takes place through the membrane pump.
LEVEL- the tank has an electronic level that manages the resistance and also the visual level (transparent tube outside the tank).
Sensors: the stroke of the slide is adjustable according to the length of the sleeve (anilox sleeve/anilox).
Cleaning liquid: the cleaning liquid is heated by a heating element (1.5 kW). The temperature is visible on the display.
