SOLV-ER: recycling and filtering unit for ETRA (configured for SOLVENR washable FLEXO plates)
SOLV-ER can be connected at any time to units ETRA 70 - 80 - 120.
SOLV-ER is controlled directly from ETRA computer and does following functions:
LOAD WASHOUT TANK: this function allows to take, by a pump, the solvent from a tank of new product and load it, automatically, into washout (developing) tank of ETRA unit.
DRAIN WASHOUT TANK: this function allows to take, by a pump, the solvent from washout (developing) tank and put it, automatically, into a tank used solvent or a distiller unit.
RECYCLING AND FILTERING: this function allows to circulate, by a pump, the solvent, through a filter and put it again into washout tank.
REPLANISH: this function allows to drain a PROGRAMMED quantity of used solvent and automatically load into washout tank the same quantity of new solvent
