Equipped with a LCD screen display 10 channels computer where is possible to set the following functions:
- EXPOSURE:
In a drawer with pneumatic table, dry suction pump and special
UVA lamps.
- DEVELOPMENT:
In a tank made entirely of stainless steel with adjustable
height brushes for the various thicknesses of photopolymers to be treated.
- DRYING:
In two drawers with air heater at thermostat-controlled temperature.
- POST-EXPOSURE:
made in an additional drawer equipped with special UVA and UVC germicide lamps. This section allows to do , separately or together, the hardening post-exposure and the germicide post-exposure.
- VAPOURS EXTRACTORS:
ETRA 120 + UVC is equipped with three extractor fans: one to extract the vapours of the developing tank one to extract the vapours produced in the oven, and the other to extract the gas from the UVC germicide post-exposure section.
On demand ETRA 120+UVC can be equipped for the treatment of FLEXO SOLVENT BASE PLATES or WATER BASE FLEXO PLATES.
