- This machine is specifically designed and manufactured for the flat or saddle stapling of pamphlets. It can staple up to a maximum thickness of 5 mm depending on the type of paper used.
- The SHUTTLE accepts standard 24/6 and 24/8 or button hole pre-formed staples. The machine can be fitted for standard 26 staples too. It can work at the same time with 4 heads using different staples (for example 2 flats staples - 2 button-hole staples) and to fit only the required heads (for example 1 on 4 or 2 on 4) according to the needs of the operator.
- Every head can contain 200 staples at the maximum. The thrust to staple is regulated by a sole potentiometer.
- The machine can be supplied with 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 heads (models A - B - C - D respectively) and the electronic control allows also to the model equipped with 1 head to receive up to 4 heads.
- The heads are operated by luminous switches on the same heads that light on with working heads.
- The stapling heads are triggered by an electric foot-switch.
