Two models of the PROGRESS rotary creasing and perforating machine are available:
- PROGRESS 1 (manual)
- PROGRESS 2 (automatic)

PROGRESS 2, the automatic model, is equipped with a rotating sheet-feeding drum. This model is also equipped with a paper guide and micrometric set-square, which permits the same sheet to be fed through more than once, maintaining perfect positioning.
Speed is electronically regulated on this model, and, depending on the type of paper, may be set up to 12.000 copies per hour.
The machine is designed to handle 50 to 400 gram paper.

PROGRESS 2 is equipped with two pumps: the first blows air to separate the sheets on the infeed table, air quantity is electronically regulated. The second suction pump for sheet intake is regulated by a manual micrometric valve which allows adjustment of air quantity; suction strength is adjusted to the type of paper being processed.
The standard pump is 15 m3; a more powerful pump can be installed to meet with specific operating needs.

Both models are equipped with two male and two female tool holders, with standard mounting of two creasing tools.
Additional creasing rings may be mounted on the same tool holder to create close creasing.
Perforating rings can also be mounted on the same tool holder.
Mounting additional tool holder and changing the perforating or creasing rings are quick , simple operations.

• An automatic run off table can be added to the basic machine at any time.
  This table features an independent drive unit, with electronically variable speed, and permits accumulation of three times as many sheets as the same quantity present on the infeed table.
  This means that the operator can feed additional sheets into the infeed table by hand while the machine is running.
