- Strength machine completely melt in cast iron.
- Entirely painted with a special treatment anti-scratch and acid
protection. It’s a new conception machine, with functional capacity
able to avoid every minimum reject of the printed products to be worked.
- The machine can also be used to process a minimum quantity of copies
extremely fast; in particular it is necessary for creasing paper printed
with digital machines.
- Through a microprocessor computer it is possible to program up to
50 different channels, each one can hold a maximum of 100 creasing
positions (stations).
- The Autocrease 4 is supplied with a creasing unit to process papers
up to gr. 250/300, on request special creasing tools or perforating
combs are available.
- The plane pile sheet feeder, arranged to be electrically connected
to other units for simultaneous working (ex. perforating and folding
machine), links up to the creasing machine.
- The plane is equipped with two side squares on the right and on
the left side with 11 blowing points each one, adjustable or separately
annullable and controlled by an electronic centralized card that makes
possible the regulation of the blowing pomp’s power.
- Back blowing with 2 moving and annullable points.
- The parallelism of the two side squares is regulable by a millimetric
scale with the central point “0” of reference.
- Two sectors drum with internal suction adjustable on the power
and on the line of suction to the point of tangency moved by a mechanic
pomp.
- Millimetric regulation of the double sheet through mechanic locking
horizontally and vertically adjustable.
- Speed and tension of the sheet dragging carpet can be set.
- Micrometric adjustable support square.
- The balls guide regulate the sheet; different types of balls (plastic
or iron balls) are available depending on the paper thickness.
- The sheet feeder is arranged with electrical connection to other
units for simultaneous processings (creasing, punching and folding).
