The range of our stapling machines comprises three different series of models:
- SHUTTLE line
- COLUMBIA line
- GALAXIA line
SHUTTLE
|
The model SHUTTLE is specifically designed and manufactured for the stapling of pamphlets. For flat and saddle stapling, it can staple up to a maximum thickness of 5 mm, but 3 mm is recommended. The machine uses staples series 24 and 24 button-hole. It can be equipped with one head but extra heads can be fitted up to a maximum of four at any time.
The SHUTTLE line includes the following models:
- MICROSHUTTLE with 1 head tabletop model.
- SHUTTLE mod A with 1 head
- SHUTTLE mod B with 2 heads
- SHUTTLE mod C with 3 heads
- SHUTTLE mod D with 4 heads

COLUMBIA
The COLUMBIA uses the whole range of standard staples series 50 and 24, including button-hole, and will staple thicknesses ranging from one sheet up to a maximum of 17 mm. the stapling head is standard throughout the range and the base varies for different applications as follows:
- COLUMBIA mod, A bench model, single head, for flat stapling.
- COLUMBIA mod, C bench model, single head, for flat and saddle stapling.
- COLUMBIA mod, D bench model, two heads, for flat and saddle stapling.
- COLUMBIA mod, G foot operated, single head, for flat and saddle stapling.
- COLUMBIA mod, H foot operated, two heads, for flat and saddle stapling.
- COLUMBIA mod, M1 motor operated, single head, for flat and saddle stapling, with automatic clancher.

GALAXIA
The model GALAXIA includes motor operated machines for flat and saddle stapling.
They use the whole range of standard staples series 50 and 24, including button-hole.
Models are the following:
- GALAXIA mod. 2T two adjustable heads and automatic clencher for flat and saddle stapling. Thicknesses ranging from one sheet up to a maximum of 25 mm.
- GALAXIA mod. 4T four adjustable heads and automatic clencher for flat and saddle stapling. Thicknesses ranging from one sheet up to a maximum of 25 mm. automatic progressive counter.

ESPACE
This model has been designed for
stapling small to large run of copies.
ESPACE incorporates the technology and know-how developed with the
GALAXIA art. 0660 stapler, designed for automatic stapling of booklets
and plain blocks of sheets with metal staples.
This extremely versatile machine can saddle staple up to 1800 copies
per hour with either flat or omega staples, or using both together. |
